The Chickasaw Nation does not allow dual-enrollment for those who possess a blood quantum from more than one tribe. Dual enrollment between tribes is not recognized by the Chickasaw Nation.
A relinquishment is a notarized statement used to relinquish your citizenship with one tribe in order to become a member/citizen of another tribe.
If you are a member/citizen of a tribe not listed, please contact the citizenship department of that tribe.
If you would like to relinquish your citizenship with the Chickasaw Nation, complete the Relinquishment of Chickasaw Citizenship form listed below. Forms must be notarized and returned with original signatures to tribal government services.
