Hearing Aid Program

Late Opening: Ada Only

Due to the City of Ada water main break, Chickasaw Nation facilities and offices in Ada will open at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 30, to allow time for water services to be restored.

The hearing aid program provides a new pair of hearing aids every three years.

Applicants must be a Chickasaw citizen and a patient at a Chickasaw Nation Department of Health facility.
