The assisted living benefit program provides up to $3,500 per month to pay for state-licensed assisted living facilities for eligible applicants. The benefit is paid directly to the facility based on the client’s need.

Must be a Chickasaw citizen, 60 years of age or older and meet income eligibility requirements.

Grant for up to $5,000 toward the final balance of burial expenses for eligible First Americans.
