Chickasaw Nation Residents

The Chickasaw Nation Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program, serves First American and non-First American families with nutritious foods, breastfeeding support and other educational resources.

Services are designed for pregnant or postpartum women, infants and children up to age 5.

Chickasaw Nation Residents

This program is designed to initiate and sustain activity among First American elders. Exercises such as line dancing, chair exercise, water aerobics and more are developed especially for elders.

Must be a First American or spouse who is 60 years or older. Personal fitness must be assessed biannually.

The Women’s Clinic and Obstetrical department at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center provide women of all ages with comprehensive gynecology, obstetrics and family planning in a safe, therapeutic environment.

Available to First American women and expectant mothers pregnant with a First American child. Additional eligibility requirements may apply.

Students will be led through various tribal court procedures by experts and lawyers, who will also help them get familiar with the fundamentals of the three branches of the Chickasaw Nation government and several substantive areas of Chickasaw tribal law.

Must be 8-16 years of age.

In the youth basketball program, participants will learn new skills, enhance existing fundamentals and focus on the positive aspects of their abilities.

Applicants must be ages 8-18. Chickasaw preference will be exercised.

The youth golf program helps youth enjoy the game of golf while learning life skills, such as honor, integrity and sportsmanship.

The youth recreation program works closely with multiple tribal divisions to offer a variety of educational and year-round recreational activities for youth to explore new opportunities and create lifetime experiences.
