Join us on the road to better health! The Inchokma “Feel Well, Be Well” mobile medical unit (IMU) offers tailored preventative health care services, empowering community members to live happier and healthier lives by providing one-on-one care and wellness consultations outside of clinical settings.

The Inchokma Mobile Unit (IMU) provides services in a self-contained mobile clinic that is fully licensed and operated by trained professionals.

The Chickasaw Nation Department of Public Health and Research expands access to health and wellness resources with this mobile clinic. The IMU offers basic prevention, primary care and dental services to eligible patients in their own communities.

Preventative health care services are provided to patients from newborn to geriatric stages of life. Services may include: wellness screenings and exams, sports physicals, overall chronic disease management, patient and family education and intervention and immunizations.

Dental services are offered to all ages including infants and may include: management of dental pain and infection; comprehensive examinations; establishment of treatment plans and preventative services; basic restorative care including amalgam and composite restoration; and extractions of primary and permanent teeth.

About the IMU: Inchokma is a custom-built 40-foot mobile medical unit equipped with two clinic rooms, testing and laboratory space, medical-grade vaccine cold storage, bathroom, wheelchair lift, X-ray unit and workstation. This unit will provide physicians and public health nurses with the tools to increase community wellness through expanded health care services.

The IMU is available to provide services for programs and events. To request the mobile unit at your event or location, please call (580) 272-1313.
