Eligible Chickasaw elders can receive $250 annually to purchase clothes.
Eligible Chickasaw elders receive a nonreloadable $250 Visa gift card to purchase clothes. Funding is provided once per year and can be used for clothing purchases only.
Please allow 6-8 weeks to process and approve each award.
Qualifying applicants will be notified with an award letter via the U.S. Postal Service.
A nonreloadable Visa card will be issued by mail and the card must be activated upon receipt. Ten dollars will be deducted for all replacement cards.
