Program Details

Promoting optimal health, community and well-being, Chickasaw Nation Active Aging welcomes all 55+ First American citizens of federally recognized tribes and their spouses (no tribal affiliation or age requirement).

Active aging involves more than going to a gym. While of paramount importance, physical fitness alone cannot meet the need all have to connect with one another and to feel productive and independent.

Our team ensures better health and quality of life of our First American elders through a staff specially trained in functional aging and fitness. The program is complemented and strengthened with appealing, engaging and culturally enriched classes, activities and facilities. Each is developed to support our elders so they may enjoy good health, prevent and recover from illness and injures while enjoying the community and fellowship of others.
