During summer, First American youth ages 14 to 21 can earn work experience, gain leadership skills and learn financial literacy while getting paid with the Toksali SMART program. The Toksali (to work) SMART (Successful Mindsets with Attitude and Readiness for Tomorrow) program helps students explore career choices and develop confidence and workplace skills in a real-world job environment.
