Chickasaw Nation Residents

The Chokma Pilachi program provides psychological assessment for adults and children, including assessments for developmental delays, learning disorders, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and more.

Participants must be a Chickasaw citizen, a Chickasaw Nation employee or a dependent of a citizen or employee. Members of other federally recognized tribes may be seen by referral from a Chickasaw Nation health care provider.

  • Chickasaw Nation employees
  • Members of other federally recognized tribes may be seen by referral from a Chickasaw Nation health care provider as part of an established plan of care

Zero Suicide is a commitment to suicide prevention in health and behavioral health systems. It is both a concept and a practice being implemented by the Chickasaw Nation.
