The Packed Promise program is an innovative supplemental nutrition benefit service offering shelf-stable meal delivery to increase food access, food security and diet quality for Chickasaw children.

Children must be between the ages 4-18, have verifiable Chickasaw lineage, eligible for free or reduced-cost school meals and reside in the Chickasaw Nation or 10 counties adjacent or within proximity to the Chickasaw Nation's boundaries including, Atoka, Caddo, Canadian, Cleveland, Comanche, Cotton, Hughes, Pittsburg, Pottawatomie and Seminole to qualify.

Program Details

Packed Promise program is an innovative supplemental benefit service and delivery model aimed at increased food access, food security and diet quality for Chickasaw children ages 4-18, Pre-K through 12th grades who qualify for free and/or reduced-priced school meals.

The Packed Promise program provides a 25-pound box of shelf stable foods that are shipped directly to the doorsteps of each eligible child in the home. As a bonus, each child receives an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card with a $15 cash value benefit to purchase fresh, frozen, or canned fruits and vegetables at local WIC authorized grocery stores & Farmers’ Market.
