Applicants must be a Chickasaw citizen and a veteran or currently serving in the military, or their next of kin.

The Chickasaw Nation Virtual Medical Visit service allows current Chickasaw Nation Department of Health patients access to physician appointments for minor health concerns.

Participants must live in Oklahoma and have an active chart at any Chickasaw Nation Department of Health Facility.
