Pediatric primary care provides well-child and sick-child visits, immunizations, sports physicals and referrals as needed at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center and Chickasaw Nation Health Clinics.

Chickasaw citizen or First Americans ages 1-18 who are patients of Chickasaw Nation Department of Health qualify for services.

Program Details

The Chickasaw Nation offers pediatric services at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center and all three satellite clinics. Pediatric primary care provides well-child and sick-child visits, immunizations, sports physicals and referrals as needed. The pediatricians and nurses are trained to provide superior care to children and infants.

Appointments must be made by calling the clinics. Appointments, prescription refills or test results cannot be made or given via email or other messaging methods.
