Private Driveway Program

This program provides driveway repair or construction to Chickasaw elders, Chickasaw veterans and Chickasaw families with special needs. It ensures a safe route to and from the citizen’s home.

Applicants must be a Chickasaw elder, Chickasaw veteran and/or Chickasaw family with special needs.

Chickasaw elder (age 60 and older), Chickasaw veteran and/or Chickasaw family with special needs
Must own property where the private driveway is located or constructed
Meet income requirements (80% or lower National Median Income)

Proof of property ownership
Proof of income

The private driveway program provides driveway repair or construction to Chickasaw elders, Chickasaw veterans and Chickasaw families living with special needs.

This program is provided to ensure a safe route to and from the citizens’ home for emergencies, medical services and family visits.

Required form is available at the Chickasaw Nation Roads Department Building, senior centers and area offices.
