This program provides assistance to low income citizens to make their homes handicapped accessible. This assistance is a grant up to $5,000 paid directly to a Chickasaw citizen living at large and the contractor of their choice.

You Provide

Required application
Chickasaw citizenship card
Last year’s filed income tax return (all household members 18 years of age or older)
Copy of warranty deed
Verification of disability

Eligibility

Must be Chickasaw
Low income (80% or lower U.S. median income)
Home must be primary residence
Approved form of disability verification
