Out of an abundance of caution and to mitigate the spread of the coronavirus, or COVID-19, certain Chickasaw Nation events, classes, facilities, etc., will be postponed, canceled or closed. The Chickasaw Nation offers physical therapy in its outpatient clinics in Ardmore, Purcell, Tishomingo and the Ada wellness center. Physical therapy services can treat a wide variety of patients for musculoskeletal injuries, back and neck pain, post-op rehabilitation, gait and balance problems and wound care. Physical therapy treats patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Patients must have proof of enrollment in a federally-recognized tribe and a prescription for physical therapy.
