Optometry provides services to prevent, diagnose and treat eye disease and promote eye health.

This service is offered to both Chickasaw and First American patients.

  • Chickasaw or First American

Program Details

An integral part of the Chickasaw Nation Department of Health, optometry provides services in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of eye disease and the promotion of eye health. When provided early, other eye care services and activities can include ocular disease processes, to prevent further visual impairment or maintain quality of life. An on-site retinal clinic includes ophthalmologist services and a general ophthalmologist.
