The Hina’ Chokma program provides adult males and their families a healthy community and integrated treatment services in a trauma-informed residential substance abuse treatment program.

Services are available to First American citizens 18 years of age or older who have a sincere desire to become free of addiction.

Program Details

This program is a culturally guided, trauma-informed residential substance abuse program that serves First Americans. Adult males and their families are provided a healthy community and integrated treatment services which promote spiritual, emotional, physical and social wellness.

Other Information

Individuals receive an assessment and an individualized treatment plan. Services are provided in a trauma-informed environment and include:

  • Individual, group and family therapy
  • Navigation services (case management)
  • Clinical/social withdrawal management
  • Experiential therapy
  • Addiction education and relapse prevention
  • Nutrition and wellness education
  • Domestic violence prevention services
  • Tobacco cessation education
  • High School Equivalency/education classes and services are provided upon request
