VEX-IQ is a transitional robotics team that bridges the gap between FIRST LEGO® League (FLL) and FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC).
Fundamentals from both beginner and advanced robotics programs are joined together with easy-to-use build components and programming.
This combination of elements helps prepare students for the next level of robotics during their elementary and middle school years, a formative time to instill a lifelong interest in the areas of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM), providing a fun, engaging and hands-on opportunity to explore.
The study of robotics incorporates all four aspects of STEM. VEX-IQ is a snap-together robotics system designed to provide this opportunity to future engineers of all skill levels. It also naturally encourages teamwork, problem-solving and leadership for students.
