The community health representative program provides First Americans with medically guided primary healthcare services when no other resource is available. Participants must have tribal citizenship, be homebound or disabled and reside within the Chickasaw Nation.

Violence Prevention Services assists victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking who are residing or relocating within the Chickasaw Nation. These services are voluntary and available to First American victims and their dependents, and others who meet eligibility criteria.

The emergency energy assistance program provides financial support to Chickasaw citizens with an urgent, unmet need for utility services such as gas, water, propane or electric bills and deposits. Assistance is available once per fiscal year.
