The Chickasaw Nation Medical Center pharmacy will be closed, Saturday, Nov. 1. Patients are encouraged to request refills and pick up prescriptions before Oct. 31. We appreciate your understanding as there may be longer wait times in the upcoming days. Please call (580) 421-4569 and a pharmacy team member will assist.

This program assists individuals with home heating or cooling bills and/or energy assistance deposits.

Applicants must reside within the Chickasaw Nation and be income eligible.

Proof of residency
Proof of income for everyone in the home age 18 and older, or signature on non-income statement (available at all area offices)
