Distributes gifts collected from community donors to eligible First American children for Christmas.

Applicants must be a Chickasaw or First American citizen, under 17 years of age, live within the Chickasaw Nation and meet income eligibility requirements.

  • Live within the Chickasaw Nation
  • Meet income eligibility requirements

  • Parent or legal guardian’s income from the last 30 days
  • Documentation of guardianship (if applicable)

Program Details

Chikasha Halbinaꞌ is an annual holiday assistance program that provides Christmas gifts to eligible children under the age of 17.

Gift trees decorated with anonymous children’s wish lists are placed throughout the Chickasaw Nation, offering citizens, employees, and community members an opportunity to ensure every child receives the gift of hope during the holidays.

Other Information

Donors can select a child’s wish list from any gift tree at participating locations and return unwrapped items to deliver the magic of the Christmas season.
