Tanumpo Hosa Apisa "The Place for Shooting Guns" Clinic

COVID-19 UPDATES

Out of an abundance of caution and to mitigate the spread of the coronavirus, or COVID-19, certain Chickasaw Nation events, classes, facilities, etc., will be postponed, canceled or closed. Youth learn the disciplines required for Olympic-style target shooting with classroom instruction and firing practice. Gun safety lessons are emphasized, and participants practice marksmanship techniques.

This one-day clinic is located at Kullihoma Ranger’s Station in Ada.

Transportation is provided from Ada, Ardmore, Davis, Purcell and Tishomingo.

You Provide

  • Chickasaw citizenship card or CDIB card, if applicable

Eligibility

  • Ages 12-18
  • Chickasaw preference

If you receive notice that we cannot accommodate your camp or clinic request, please call youth activities to be placed on the waiting list.
