ADA, Okla. – Vocalists from around Oklahoma and Texas will join the Jae L. and the Crossover band to offer live music harkening back to the happy days of golden oldies 7 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 17, at the historic McSwain Theatre stage, 130 W. Main Street.

February’s show celebrates the rock, pop and country hits of the 50s and 60s. Guest vocalists have planned performances of favorites like Buddy Holly’s “That’ll Be the Day,” the Everly Brothers’ “Dream,” the Penguins’ “Earth Angel,” Elvis Presley’s “Jailhouse Rock,” Ben E. King’s “Stand by Me” and Patsy Cline’s “San Antonio Rose.”

Jae L. and Crossover shows encourage audience participation and interaction. The band routinely takes requests and suggestions from the audience.

Crossover musicians have decades of combined experience performing with artists who specialize in all genres of music. Band members include Jody Teeter, Jeff Donaldson, Deni Stubbs, Greg Griffin, Wayne Morton, Mike Price, Gary Bryan, Kenny Anderson, Debbie Allen and Tara Scott.
