Children's Fair

The Week of the Young Child finale was the Children's Fair held at the Agri-Plex in Ada.  Fun and games for the kids.  The event was to bring awareness to the problem of child abuse and to celebrate children.

Princess Program Information Fair

Princess Program Information Fair held at the Ada Community Center.  Tables presenting the different aspects of the Princess Program were set up for girls to get as much information as possible about becoming a Chickasaw Princess.

Youth Arts Month Celebration

Photos from Youth Arts Month Celebration that was held at the Ada Community Center. The writing contest winners and members of the Design class were recognized. Booths were set up for kids to enjoy fun and games.

Winter Lock-In

Winter Lock-In held at the Laser Zone in Ada Oklahoma. Kids were welcomed by a DJ and enthusiastic staff for a fun night of activities.

Children's Christmas Celebration held at the Ardmore Convention Center.  Children were given stockings and cookies.  There were crafts for the children, games and pictures with Santa.

Elders Thanksgiving Luncheon

Photo from the 2008 Elders' Thanksgiving Luncheon. The event was conducted at the Agriplex in Ada, Oklahoma. Lt. Governor Keel gave the welcome speech. The Chickasaw princesses performed the Lords' prayer, the Elder Singers sang four Choctaw Hymns and the Chickasaw Language Club performed a short skit. 

Harvest Fest
