A mental health emergency can happen to anyone, anywhere. Fortunately, there are resources available to you or someone you know who may be in crisis.

The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is a national network of local crisis centers that provides free and confidential emotional support to those struggling with suicidal thoughts or other mental health emergencies. Trained counselors are available 24/7 to answers calls, text messages and chats to assist individuals in need. Services are accessible in English, Spanish and American Sign Language (ASL).
