New Patient Portal Launches for Chickasaw Nation Health Patients

The Chickasaw Nation Department of Health is committed to serving our citizens and patients with health care that reflects our values of quality, excellence and genuine care for our community. We are bringing you a new digital health resource with Chickasaw Nation Health MyChart. This new tool makes health care more accessible by offering convenient features for patients and their families.

Throughout October, new features like viewing future appointments will be added. When Chickasaw Nation Health MyChart is fully launched in November, you can:

  1. See and request appointments
  2. Refill medications
  3. Message your provider
  4. Complete e-check-in
  5. View test results
  6. Manage care for loved ones

Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Once installed, search for "Chickasaw Nation Health" and set up your patient account by following the simple prompts.

Patients will receive text messages from the dedicated number 98412 as we gradually roll out this service. This special number is reserved exclusively for your Chickasaw Nation Health MyChart communications.

The portal includes enhanced security features with two-factor authentication and secure password reset options for your peace of mind. These features help ensure your health information stays protected while making it easy to stay connected with your health care team.
