The Chickasaw Nation’s Hofanti Chokma “to grow well” workshops are a great resource, providing skills for parents and caregivers. Online classes offer evidence-based tools to help children learn, grow, and manage their behaviors for future success.
PAX Tools workshops teach strategies to help children and teens build self-regulation and promote healthy relationships.
It is also beneficial for parents and caregivers to continue learning how to use the PAX Tools in daily situations. One of the best ways to do this is connecting with others who also use PAX tools to ask questions and share successes.
Hofanti Chokma is hosting PAX Circles, 30-minute virtual gatherings held monthly for all parents and caregivers. PAX Circles are held the second Wednesday of every month at 12:15 p.m.
For more information about PAX Circles or to enroll in a PAX Tools class email HofantiChokma@Chickasaw.net.
