This challenge focuses on building your overall muscle mass while decreasing your body fat percentage.
There are three weigh-ins during the challenge:
- First weigh-in: Jan. 13-17
- Second weigh-in: Feb. 24-28
- Final weigh-in: April 7-9
Prizes will be awarded for first and second place for male and female participants. All participants will receive a challenge T-shirt after the final weigh-in.
Note: Participants are eligible to win at the Ada facility.
