Participants in the Chickasaw Explorers Archaeological Program will have the opportunity to experience a two-week journey in the historic Chickasaw Homeland. Taking part in fieldwork learning archaeological documentation techniques, recovering artifacts and recording data on-site. The trip will take place May 23-June 7.
Travel and lodging expenses are provided. Availability is limited. Chickasaw citizens between the ages of 18 and 35 are encouraged to apply. The application deadline is March 1.
