Chickasaw elders over age 60 are invited to apply for an all-expense-paid trip to the historic Chickasaw Homeland Sept. 16-20. During this trip, elders will be able to connect to the land, waterways and significant sites of our ancestors near Tupelo, Mississippi, over five days.
Elders are selected by random drawing and will be notified by Aug. 16. Chickasaw elders only need to apply once to be considered for future opportunities.
Expenses for travel, meals and lodging will be provided. Elders may be accompanied by one companion during the Homeland tour. Their companion must be a spouse or blood relative who is at least 21 years old and able to care for themselves and their elder.
