The Chickasaw Nation Virtual Medical Visit service allows current Chickasaw Nation Department of Health patients access to physician appointments for minor health concerns.

Participants must live in Oklahoma and have an active chart at any Chickasaw Nation Department of Health Facility.

Eligibility

To qualify for virtual medical visit, patients must satisfy all the following prerequisites:

  • Live in Oklahoma
  • Have an active chart at any Chickasaw Nation Department of Health Facility
  • Have one of the following symptoms: rashes, sore throat, sinus pressure or drainage, runny nose, cough, sprains and strains or constipation
  • Have symptoms or conditions seen in COVID-19 such as fevers, cough or exposure to someone who has tested positive for the virus.

If you are experiencing shortness of breath, seek medical care immediately.

Program Details

Online medical care is available to patients who are not able to travel to the provider for specific non-life-threatening injuries or ailments.

Patients with minor symptoms can access health care through internet-based technology. Use the Chickasaw Nation Virtual Medical Visit service for access to physician appointments from the comfort of your home, office or wherever you are.

Using the Mend app, virtual visits offer a web-based audio/video telecommunication physician-patient appointment service available to patients with certain symptoms.

CNMC Emergency Department Virtual Visits are available:
8 a.m.-10 p.m.
Seven days a week

Primary Care Provider Virtual Visits are available:
8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Monday-Friday

Patient Instructions

  • Patient calls the virtual visit number at (580) 272-2776 or (866) 610-7776
  • Patient answers eligibility and triage questions prior to their visit
  • Qualifying patients will receive detailed instructions about their virtual visit appointment connection.
  • Patient/provider appointment occurs via mobile device or computer for diagnosis and treatment
  • If medications are needed, each of our pharmacy locations have convenient drive-thru lanes and offer mail services for noncontrolled prescriptions

Special Conditions for Service

  • Refills of your prescriptions are available through primary care providers.
  • Patients must have data or be connected to the internet from their device.
