2020 Camps, Clinics and Academies Canceled

In this time of an unprecedented health crisis, we are continuing to monitor the spread and effects of the coronavirus. The health and safety of Chickasaws, employees and our community is always our top priority. As this virus has spread to communities across Oklahoma, we are working diligently to make our facilities safe for all. The best way to limit exposure and contain the spread of COVID-19 is to avoid situations where people are gathered and for all to remain safe at home.

To continue to protect our youth, families and staff, all 2020 Chickasaw Nation camps, clinics and academies have been canceled.

Our executive department is continuously monitoring this unprecedented situation. Programs and services will be modified also as needed to safely serve our citizens. Visit Chickasaw.net/COVID19 for the most current information regarding closings, cancellations and program changes.

Participants will tour the Chickasaw Council House Museum, Chickasaw Capitol, Boggy Depot and Fort Washita. Students will enjoy activities such as stickball, fishing and flying kites and learn how to create stickballs, arrows and fish nets. Lunch will be provided.

This is not an overnight camp. Transportation is only provided to the tours.
