COVID-19 UPDATES

Out of an abundance of caution and to mitigate the spread of the coronavirus, or COVID-19, certain Chickasaw Nation events, classes, facilities, etc., will be postponed, canceled or closed. A unique opportunity tailored for middle school girls to promote science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) educational paths through hands-on activities, field trips and professional speakers is offered through the Chickasaw Nation STEM Academy. FemSTEM exposes young, female learners to new ideas and inspires through meaningful experiences, encouraging youth to pursue careers in STEM fields.

This five-day clinic is part of the Chickasaw Nation summer youth camp opportunities. Applications are open each spring. Visit Chickasaw.net/YouthCamps for more information.
