Walk-In Preventative Health Care Now Available at Inchokma Mobile Unit

The Inchokma “Feel Well, Be Well” mobile unit (IMU) now offers walk-in visits for preventative health care services. The IMU provides access to wellness consultations in areas where a Chickasaw Nation clinic may not be located, empowering community members to live happier, healthier lives.  

Visitors must be patients of the Chickasaw Nation Department of Health to receive health care services at the IMU, and will need to present a valid ID. Services include but are not limited to wellness screenings, family education, immunizations and preventative care. The IMU provides services to patients of all ages. Preregistration is no longer required.
