Sports physicals are available to all eligible Chickasaw and First American students at no-cost from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. at the following locations:
- May 25-26 at the Apila Center, 1925 Warrior Way, Ada, Oklahoma
- June 1-2 at the Chickasaw Nation Ardmore Community Center, 907 Locust St., Ardmore, Oklahoma
- June 7-8 at the Chickasaw Nation Purcell Area Office, 1430 Hardcastle Blvd., Purcell, Oklahoma
