Junior Native Explorers Participate in Hands-On Fun

Date: September 04, 2019

The Chickasaw Nation Junior Native Explorers program takes science on the road with four educational field trips each year. The program is open to Chickasaw citizens ages six-18 and combines archaeology, biomedical science, engineering and more with hands-on experiences to ignite curiosity.

Participants explore earth and natural sciences led by professional mentors working in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields. The program is available to citizens living in the Ada and Ardmore, Oklahoma, areas.

An application can be downloaded from Call (580) 421-7711 for more information.

Applications are accepted year-round. Trips take place quarterly on Saturdays.
