Chickasaw Nation COVID-19 Testing Sites and Call Center: Updated Hours and Location Information

Beginning Monday, March 15, COVID-19 drive-thru testing will be available to the community at a new location. Testing will take place at the new Chickasaw Nation Medical Center Alternate Care Site, located at 1901 Afenna Drive on the Ada South Campus. Testing is available from 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Testing is no longer available at the CNMC tent site.

Satellite clinic drive-thru COVID-19 testing at the Ardmore, Purcell and Tishomingo health clinics will continue to offer testing. Hours of operation for satellite testing locations are also Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

COVID-19 Call Center New Hours of Operation

The COVID-19 Call Center will also have the same new hours: 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The call center phone number is (580) 272-1315.

Inclement Weather

To keep our patients and employees safe, the Chickasaw Nation COVID-19 vaccination and testing drive-thru operations will be suspended in case of severe weather. During severe weather threats, monitor conditions, closings and delays on Chickasaw.net, KCNP radio and tribal social media pages.

Patients with vaccine appointments scheduled during severe weather operation suspensions will be contacted to reschedule as needed. Visit Chickasaw.net/COVIDVaccine for the latest updates on the Chickasaw Nation’s vaccine distribution efforts.
