The Chickasaw Nation’s Hofanti Chokma “to grow well” workshops are a great resource for parents and caregivers. Online classes offer evidence-based tools to help children learn, grow and manage their behaviors for future success.
PAX Tools workshops teach strategies to help children and teens build self-regulation and promote healthy relationships. In addition, PAX Circles are 30-minute virtual gatherings to help parents and caregivers continue learning how to use PAX Tools in daily situations while connecting with other users to ask questions and share successes.
Hofanti Chokma is hosting PAX Circles monthly for all parents and caregivers. PAX Circles are held the second Wednesday of every month at 12:15 p.m. Upcoming dates include April 12, May 10 and June 14.
