Have a blast at the Chickasaw Nation Rendezvous at Fort Washita. The event will feature historical demonstrations from life in the 1830s, trappers and traders, food and games, mountain men, stickball, stomp dances and more. Period-specific attractions range from merchants and demonstrators to cultural activities, athletics and concessions. The fort sits on nearly 100 acres steeped in historical significance to the region.
The 2023 Rendezvous at Fort Washita will take place March 29-April 2. Fort Washita is located within the Chickasaw Nation thirteen miles east of Madill or sixteen miles west of Durant on State Highway 199.
