The Chickasaw Nation public health team is offering mobile clinical care at multiple locations to help reach citizens throughout Chickasaw Nation treaty territory.
The Inchokma Mobile Unit (IMU) offers preventative health care services and wellness consultations at multiple locations outside of normal clinical settings. Care services are provided to patients of all stages of life.
The unit is available from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. for the following dates and locations:
Pre-registration is required. Participants will need to present a valid ID. Eligible patients will need to be scheduled through their primary clinic. Phone numbers to primary clinics are:
