Mini Canvases

The Chickasaw Nation Arts & Humanities Division is offering art classes of various mediums instructed by Leanne Parker-West from 4-6 p.m. at the ARTesian Gallery & Studios, 100 W. Muskogee St. in Sulphur.

Topics include mini canvases, quill ink and watercolor, book page crafts, scratchboard and pastels. No prior art education necessary for students.

• Mini canvases: Jan. 2, Feb. 19 and 27, March 7 and 19
• Quill ink and watercolor: Jan. 3, Feb. 20 and 28, March 11 and 20
• Book page crafts: Jan. 8, Feb. 21, March 4, 12 and 21
• Scratchboard: Jan. 9, Feb. 25, March 5 and 14
• Pastels: Jan. 15, Feb. 26, March 6 and 18

Classes are open to the public and cost $10 per person for supplies. Class fee waived for Chickasaw citizens. Class size is limited.
