Saturday dental clinics are conducted twice each month for Chickasaw citizens.

The dental clinic provides diagnosis and treatment of dental disease and a full range of preventative services. Special services include oral surgery, restorative procedures, root canal therapy, prosthetics and most services required by children excluding orthodontics.

The dental clinic does not perform crowns, bridges, orthodontics (braces), implants or cosmetic dentistry. Appointments will be given by call-ins only.

Dental Exam Appointments:
Adults:  Patients 18 years of age and older must call in on the SECOND WEDNESDAY of each month to schedule an appointment.  Patients are limited to one appointment per phone call.

Children:  Patients 17 years of age and younger must call in on the FIRST WORKING DAY of the month.
                                
All appointments will be given by call-in only starting at 8 a.m. Patients must call the direct line for appointments - (580) 421-4596. A limited number of appointments will be available.                                                               
                             
To be eligible for dental services, patients must have a CDIB or citizenship card from a federally recognized tribe.
