The health spending account (HSA) provides tribal citizens control of when and where health care services are obtained. Citizens 65 and older are eligible to receive reimbursement for up to $100 of approved health care expenses per month. Required applications are available at the address above and for download online. Citizens can apply up to three months prior to turning 65 years old.
To be eligible to participate in the health spending account program, citizens must have a CDIB, Chickasaw citizenship card and be age 65 and over without an active chart within CNDH. (An active chart is defined as having received services within the past three years from the date of application.) Citizens must also provide proof of monthly expense.
