About
The Chickasaw Nation desires to promote services and programs for Chickasaw elders, so that those tribal members may continue to maintain their quality of life.  Chickasaw elders, 60 years of age and older, may apply for energy assistance not covered by other energy assistance programs.

The Chickasaw division of Social Services is a service organization for those citizens, or elderly specialists, who may have no other alternative or way for obtaining the assistance they need.  Community health representatives (CHRs) will assist Chickasaw elders by taking an application to their home, assisting with completion of the application and returning the application to the appropriate area office.

The Chickasaw Nation operates six area offices located in Ada, Ardmore, Duncan, Purcell, Sulphur and Tishomingo.

Assistance provided once during the winter and once during the summer.

Required form is available at any senior nutrition site, area office.
