About:
This service provides minor home repairs. Referral forms are available above or any senior nutrition center and can be completed via telephone. An applicant can expect an elderly
specialist to make the initial visit to assess the services needed. Once approved, the manager will contact the client.

You Provide:

• Citizenship card

Eligibilty:

• Must be Chickasaw
• Must be 60 years of age or older
• Must reside within the Chickasaw Nation

Restrictions:

• Client must be at home at time of service
