About:
The Chickasaw Nation is one of the original grantees of the Older Americans Act-Title VI, Grant to Indian Tribes.
This program provides congregate and home bound meals to qualified Native Americans. The senior centers also provide health monitoring, social events, classes and group activities.
The required participant meal form for the Senior Nutrition program is available here online, or by contacting our Division on Aging office at the address or email noted above under Contact Information. A participant can expect service immediately for congregate meals. An assessment will be done for home bound meals for individuals living within a service area of a senior center.
