Get Fresh! is an innovative nutrition education program that provides cooking classes/demonstrations, nutrition education and fitness guidance. Incentives are given to food distribution/ SNAP eligible families. Class topics include:  weight management, shop in a day and eat for a week, healthy menu planning, low cost meals and much more. The Get Fresh! program demonstrations are offered monthly at the Nutrition Services sites in Ada, Ardmore, and Purcell or may be scheduled by request.

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Program Requirements:

• Families that are food distribution/food stamp eligible qualify 
• Must complete application
• Shows are open to public, but must qualify for program to receive incentives
