 This is an appointment-based clinic offering outpatient family practice medicine including laboratory testing, pharmacy and periodic specialty clinics.

 The goal of the Ardmore clinic is to provide compassionate, cost-effective, patient-centered care to Native American families.

• Well-child exams
• Immunizations
• Patient and family education
• Acute care
• Chronic disease management
• Routine physical exams for all ages and gender
• In-house laboratory, radiology and pharmacy 
• Monthly geriatrician site visit
• Monthly diabetic center site visit
• Behavioral Health

After hours and weekend care may be obtained through the same day clinic and ER located at Carl Albert Indian Health Care Facility in Ada, Oklahoma.
