About:
The Chickasaw Reading Program is designed to assist children by providing books to encourage reading.

You Provide:

• Chickasaw citizenship certificate
• Copy of birth certificate

Eligibility:

• Must be between 0-5 years of age

Other Info:

Required application must be submitted to the Head Start/child care office, 226 Rosedale Road, with documentation. Students will receive one book per month until they reach their fifth birthday.
