The language flashcards are a teaching tool to help children become familiar with the Chickasaw language.

You Provide:

• Chickasaw citizenship certificate
• Copy of birth certificate

Eligibility:

• Must be between 0-5 years of age

Required forms are available by calling the telephone number above or online at the web address below. The flashcard set contains pictures with Chickasaw words and will be mailed one
time to each child.
